Process Associate Un-loader

Home Goods, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of home goods, is seeking a part-time Process Associate Un-loader. In this role, you will unload incoming shipments, sort and stage products, and ensure materials are safely and efficiently moved into storage or production areas. You'll inspect goods for damage, use basic material-handling equipment, and keep the dock organized. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with your team to meet productivity goals while following strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming merchandise and materials from trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Sort, stage, and palletize products according to company standards and shipment documentation
• Inspect incoming goods for visible damage, count discrepancies, and report issues to supervisors
• Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts following safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized dock and storage area, following 5
• S and safety guidelines
• Accurately label, scan, and record inventory movements using handheld or warehouse systems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily unloading and productivity targets
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE use, lifting techniques, and hazard reporting
