accurate accounting of transactions. This role operates independently within our team and is
pivotal in maintaining up-to-date financial data using JobBOSS software. The Bookkeeper will
prepare monthly financial reports and support payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of all accounts.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and update financial records
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Support payroll processing and related documentation
Maintain accurate financial record keeping
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
Knowledge of financial reporting principles
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Effective communication skills
Salary $45-$55k, 100% onsite in Michigan City, IN
