We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major greenfield data center construction project entering Phase Two. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile mission-critical project, working alongside project leadership to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution.
The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data center, mission-critical, industrial, or heavy commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule throughout Phase Two of construction
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure schedule alignment
- Produce weekly and monthly schedule updates, reports, and look-ahead programmes
- Analyze project performance against baseline schedules and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Coordinate schedule impacts related to procurement, engineering, commissioning, and turnover activities
- Support project planning meetings and communicate critical path activities to the wider project team
- Ensure schedule accuracy while maintaining clear documentation of changes and revisions
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on large-scale construction projects
- Previous data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred
- Experience working on greenfield developments is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies
- Advanced experience using Primavera P6 is essential (Microsoft Project experience is also beneficial)
