Summary
The Corporate FP&A / Consolidation Analyst supports the enterprise consolidation and corporate reporting function. The role assists with monthly consolidation in One Stream, enterprise roll-ups, board and management reporting packages, and variance analysis, and supports acquisition P&L mapping and reporting onboarding. It is a foundational analyst seat that builds capacity for IPO-grade corporate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Consolidation Support – Assist the monthly consolidation across business units and legal entities; validate intercompany balances and roll-up accuracy in One Stream.
Management & Board Reporting – Build recurring corporate reporting packages, variance bridges and supporting commentary.
Forecast & Budget Support – Load and validate corporate forecast, budget and long-range-plan inputs.
Data Integrity – Reconcile One Stream to source ERP systems; identify and help resolve variances.
M&A Integration Support – Assist with P&L mapping and reporting onboarding for acquired businesses.
Ad Hoc Analysis – Complete executive-requested analysis and document and improve processes.

RequirementsQualifications:
- 2–4 years of finance, FP&A or accounting experience.
- Exposure to ERP and/or EPM/consolidation systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
