IT Support Technician
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Helpdesk support
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing support of the VOIP phone system, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, email, and security settings
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and support requests
- Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of company servers
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups
- Device imaging and MDM configuration
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of computer support experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications
- Working knowledge of server environments (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory)
- Familiarity with VOIP systems (setup, support, and troubleshooting)
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
