Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Direct Support Professional

As a DSP, you will provide direct support and care for individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.

Schedule and Compensation

Location:

Michigan City and Valparaiso, Indiana

Schedule:

Multiple shifts available

Wage: $15.00–$16.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served.
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, bed transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
