Lids - 601 Wabash Street - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns in the Store Manager's absence;
Supervise store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow-ups;

Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by delivering exceptional service and addressing escalations;
Maintain store appearance and merchandising per guidelines and ensure store compliance with policies
