• Brand Experience & Customer Service
  :
  Embrace the brands by wearing them and showcasing brand passion. Greet each customer and engage them on the sales floor with open‑ended questions. Assist customers in fitting rooms and suggest the best products for their needs.
• Operations, Loss Prevention & Safety
  :
  Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures. React quickly to any customer or associate injury and report it to the manager on duty immediately.
• Visual Merchandising
  :
  Follow visual merchandising standards and store layout directions.
• Store Culture
  :
  Respect diverse backgrounds and promote an inclusive environment. Encourage participation, creativity, and continuous improvement, including sustainable practices.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Preferred: previous retail or service‑oriented experience (not required).
• Work effectively with a team to exceed sales results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
• Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Stand for up to eight hours during scheduled shifts.
• Walk, move, and retrieve merchandise, and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Push or pull full racks for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasional manual labor for assembling displays or rearranging store layout.
• Accurate reading of labels, meticulous organization, and fine manipulation for sorting and displaying clothing.

Compensation ranges from $12.00 (or minimum wage) to $15.65 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, an employee assistance program, employee discounts, and a flexible schedule. Additional benefits: paid parental leave, flexible Fridays, and tuition reimbursement.
