Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs accurately and efficiently according to repair orders, dealership standards, and Ford factory guidelines
• Diagnose diesel engine and vehicle system concerns and complete necessary repairs
• Complete repairs within current skill level while continuing to expand technical expertise
• Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or maintenance needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors and Dispatch
• Accurately document all repairs and recommendations on repair orders
• Road test vehicles when necessary to verify repairs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Ford Certified Diesel Technician experience required
• Minimum of 2+ years working on Ford diesel vehicles
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical background
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Clean and valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to push or maneuver disabled vehicles
• Stand for extended periods
• Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces
• Strong fine and gross motor skills for tool and equipment operation
• Ability to work with varying lighting conditions and digital screens
• Visual acuity to identify fine mechanical details
