• Execute complex repairs and preventive maintenance on diverse industrial machinery and auxiliary components.
• Perform high-quality electric arc and acetylene welding to support structural integrity and equipment modifications.
• Design, install, and maintain comprehensive piping systems, including tubing, fixtures, and fluid distribution networks.
• Utilize precision measuring devices and specialized power tools to diagnose mechanical issues and restore optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff to improve overall department efficiency.
• Manage material handling tasks, including the use of forklifts, to support installation and maintenance projects.

• Journeyman certification or equivalent professional experience in an industrial maintenance capacity.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to perform manual labor in a heavy industrial or foundry-style environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in reading technical documentation and schematics.

• Prior hands-on experience within a foundry or heavy manufacturing setting.
• Advanced knowledge of metallurgy and structural steel fabrication.
• Demonstrated history of leading small projects or training team members.
