We are looking for a skilled, self‑motivated Bookkeeper to maintain multi‑client financial records, including knowledge of Payroll, Job Costing, and Inventory Procedures along with AP, AR, Collections, Quarterly Reports, Knowledge of Financials through Quick Books. Our ideal candidate holds an Accounting degree and has recently worked in Quick Books for a minimum of 5 years. Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and Quick Books needed.

Also Management experience a plus to manager bookkeepers under you when you advance to a Project Manager Position.

This is a Full‑time, in office position (Part‑time may be available, but not guaranteed). Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am–5 pm. Positional application testing prior to interview. Background check along with drug screening will be required prior to employment.

Skills
  • Proven bookkeeping experience - 5 years
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Disciplines
