Staff Accountant
Kadant Johnson is looking to fill the position of Staff Accountant within the Three Rivers location. The ideal candidate should be growth oriented, self-directed, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a positive approach to their working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and internal/external audits
- Support for the Order to Cash function
- Regularly prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment, with a focus on payroll
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business or finance preferred but not required
- High energy level is essential
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial for success in this position
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements is a plus
