Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Bonus

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company. They are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to join their team and play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. The Staff Accountant will support a broad range of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, reporting, and general accounting activities. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

• Process accounts payable, including entering invoices and matching purchase orders
• Manage accounts receivable activities, payment applications, and collections
• Process weekly payroll through ADP for approximately 150 employees
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records and process new vendor set-ups
• Generate routine accounting and operational reports
• Prepare and issue manual check payments as needed
• Support administrative and accounting projects across the organization
• Work closely with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information is maintained

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, payroll, and month-end close
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
