Part‑Time Accounts Payable Specialist Middleville MI
- Middleville
- $ Up to: $24/Annually
West Michigan organization, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable accountant to join their team in a part‑time, on‑site capacity. The role supports core accounting operations in a collaborative and structured environment and is not expected to convert to full‑time.
- Processing and reviewing financial transactions with accuracy
- Managing shared inbox communications and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting tasks
- Researching and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining organized and accurate financial records
- Supporting internal processes across the accounting function
- Part‑time, weekday mornings with some flexibility
- On‑site in West Michigan
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets and formulas)
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft tools
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong communication skills
