- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
- Control all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes
- Be highly skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Be organized and communicate effectively with co‑workers and customers
- Experience in dealership accounts payable
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
