Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance

team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with a variety of clerical and

administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process and record invoices, payments, and transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with payroll processing
• Keep track of taxes
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Prepare basic financial reports as needed
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Respond to vendor and client billing inquiries
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Strong communication and time management skills
