Fast growth manufacturer hiring a seasoned accounting leader to join their team!
The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting. This role plays a key part in managing the close process, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Controller will also lead and develop accounting staff while partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (or similar certification) is preferred
- 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Tax services experiences is strongly preferred
- Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Hands-on leader who can balance strategic insight with day-to-day execution
- Deep understanding of GAAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong business partner who can collaborate with operations and executive leadership
- Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
