The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting operations and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting. This role plays a key part in managing the close process, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Controller will also lead and develop accounting staff while partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (or similar certification) is preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years experience managing teams.
- Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Tax services experiences is preferred
- Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
