Key Responsibilities Tax Advisory & Planning- Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements
- Review sophisticated business and individual tax returns
- Develop proactive tax strategies that minimize liabilities and maximize value
- Advise clients on business transactions, entity structure, and tax implications
- Research and resolve complex federal and state tax matters
- Serve as the primary advisor for key client relationships
- Work directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Provide year-round tax planning and business advisory support
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand service offerings
- Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Manage, mentor, and develop Tax Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants
- Review work product and provide technical guidance
- Assist with recruiting, retention, and employee development initiatives
- Create an environment focused on learning, accountability, and growth
- Help develop the future leadership team of the firm
- Oversee engagement profitability, workflow, and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with firm quality standards and professional requirements
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to practice growth and client development efforts
- Build and strengthen referral relationships
- Participate in networking and community involvement activities

- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
