Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries as needed.
• Generate financial reports and assist management with budget tracking.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Core Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, or Net Suite).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Location: Three Rivers, MI
Compensation: $57,000–$70,000 annually
