Overview

A highly respected property investment group is looking for a Central Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team in London. This permanent role sits within a friendly and supportive team managing a large portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties across the UK. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while benefiting from flexible working, ongoing training, and excellent career development within a professional property environment.

This

role will be 5 days a week in the Angel office
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team
  • Act as central point of contact for tenants, contractors, Property Managers, and internal teams
  • Raise and track tickets, job orders, and purchase orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate contractors, issue instructions, track works, and resolve invoice queries
  • Support health & safety compliance, audits, and remedial action tracking
  • Manage utilities set-up, closures, billing queries, and accurate record-keeping
  • Submit and track contractor invoices, resolving discrepancies with Accounts
  • Monitor shared inboxes, manage keys, diaries, and support team cover when required
What you bring
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property administration
  • Strong understanding of repairs, maintenance, and health & safety processes
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; property systems a bonus)
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and reliable with strong time management
  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach
  • Able to work collaboratively while managing independent responsibilities
