Department: Prosecutor's Office
Status:Full-time, CCIEA union, 40 hours per week
Wages/Grade:Hourly range $19.42 - $22.33 (Grade 2, Step 1-5)
Systems Manager – Under the supervision of the Prosecutor and daily oversight of the Office Operations Manager, performs a variety of routine but often complicated and technical clerical, administrative and computer data entry work. Utilizes the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan (PAAM) Adult Case Tracking (ATC) system to identify various law enforcement information and prepares a variety of documentation in support of the prosecutorial process.
Hourly pay range is $19.42 - $22.33 (annual equivalent $40,395 – $46,442).
Requirements include an associate’s degree in office administration, secretarial science, records management, or related field. Extensive experience in Courts, a law office, other related positions, and proven success may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. 8+ years of experience in clerical, secretarial, data processing, paralegal or administrative work preferred.
