Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to executive leadership and help keep daily office operations running efficiently.

This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, with priority support for the CEO, followed by the VP and additional leadership as needed
-Answer and route incoming calls with a professional and welcoming phone presence (low daily call volume)
-Draft and manage professional email communications with strong grammar and business etiquette
-Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal tracking documents using Microsoft Excel (used extensively across the organization)
-Assist with data entry, document organization, and general office coordination
-Support accounting processes using Quick Books (experience preferred; willingness to learn required)
-Provide occasional support for social media or marketing-related tasks, including basic creative or content updates
-Assist with occasional office errands such as purchasing supplies (not required but appreciated)
-Maintain strict confidentiality related to proprietary designs, trademarks, and internal business operations

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Pay rate is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and final job scope. Qualifications
-Strong administrative or office support experience
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
-Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Quick Books or ability to quickly learn new systems
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Self-motivated with a willingness to support multiple departments
-Social media familiarity or basic marketing exposure is a plus
-Creative mindset (basic design or photo editing experience is beneficial)
