Sales Administrator

Location: Williamsburg

Ginop Sales and Alta Equipment is looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Williamsburg, MI team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
Assisting with used equipment listings
Assisting with marketing coordination with corporate and local organizations
Saturday scheduling of sales staff
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
Oversee mail deliveries and packages
Purchase office supplies
Credit applications and contracts
Balancing money daily
Deposits
Filing
Account receivables
Reconcile accounts
Assist manager
Data entry
Invoicing
Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.
Assist Rental Department
Coordinate safety training and present to employees
