Branch Manager

Responsible for assisting members with a variety of Credit Union products and services as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Welcoming personality; greet customers as they walk in.

• Open, close, and maintain credit union accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts.
• Assist members with a variety of Credit Union services and products, as well as legal accounts.
• Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and other online services; process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, check orders, etc.
• Provide administrative and clerical support in a professional and efficient manner; communicate effectively with related parties via telephone in the absence of the Loan Officer.
• Establish and maintain a filing system pertinent to the department and prepare and send out loan packages as requested.
• Generate interest rate sheets in the computer system and update them as needed, retrieving appropriate paperwork and information within the agency as directed.

• Virtual interview with the Account Manager (Jesse).
• Phone screen with the Manager.
• Final on‑site interview with the Hiring Manager.

Permanent position based out of Dexter, MI.

Pay range: $37,440.00 - $47,840.00 per year.

Fully onsite position in Dexter, MI.

Position is anticipated to close on Jun 24, 2026.
