Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the front office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures specific to a manufacturing environment.
- Manage office supply inventory and procurement, including specialized items for manufacturing support.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding and employee record management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages and freight for manufacturing operations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
