Sales Administrator
Ginop Sales and Alta Equipment is looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Williamsburg, MI team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Assisting with used equipment listings
- Assisting with marketing coordination with corporate and local organizations
- Saturday scheduling of sales staff
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Oversee mail deliveries and packages
- Purchase office supplies
- Credit applications and contracts
- Balancing money daily
- Deposits
- Filing
- Account receivables
- Reconcile accounts
- Assist manager
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.
- Assist Rental Department
- Coordinate safety training and present to employees

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Physical/Sensory Functions:
Regularly will use hands, talk/hear, sit, will reach with hands and arms;
Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl - Lift and/or Move Functions:
Frequently will lift up to 10 pounds;
Occasionally will lift up to 50 pounds
