Executive Assistant IV Job Summary

Onsite, New Hudson, MI | Contract

Role Impact & Expectations

As an Executive Assistant IV, you will directly support senior leadership, including the Defense Vice President, Robotics Executive Director, and the Combat Vehicle Engineering (CVE) team. You will serve as a central coordination point, ensuring seamless communication and operations across technical and business support teams in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. This role demands high‑level professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar, travel, and meeting management
  • Prepare, edit, and organize executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions for senior leaders
  • Act as liaison among executives, engineering teams, and external/internal stakeholders
  • Support logistics for technical reviews, board meetings, and government engagements
  • Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, and facility needs
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and maintain workspace readiness
