Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Allegan region seeking Office Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor reception for the manufacturing site.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events for staff and leadership.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for administrative records.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing work spaces and necessary documentation.
- Process and track invoices, expense reports, and other financial administrative tasks.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and managing office supplies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping.
