Office Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 23.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Maintain a positive office atmosphere through leadership and communication Interact and problem-solve with the owner, staff, clients, and prospects
- Develop and maintain administrative systems, records, and office procedures
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable and billing systems
- Assist with payroll processing and review
- Coordinate key marketing initiatives
Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Quick Books experience is a plus - Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
