Assistant for Communication and Cultural Actions
The city of Beaucouzé, within the "Communication and Cultural Actions" department, is recruiting an assistant who will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Participate in the conception and dissemination of information from the Beaucouzé Town Hall:
- Graphic design and realization of internal and external communication materials for the city: event visuals, posters, flyers, brochures, invitations, cultural program, press kits...
- Creation of photos and short videos
- Management of the photo library
- Social media: design and graphic realization of visuals (posts and stories), publications in collaboration with the service manager
- Management and updating of digital tools: website, application, newsletters, digital kiosk, LED panel
- Dissemination of information from the Beaucouzé Town Hall
2) Assist the service manager for the administrative management of the service's actions:
- Relations with service providers (requesting quotes, follow-up of manufacturing)
- Daily press review
- Management of outdoor displays: banners, posters...
- Participation in the conception of the internal journal
3) Participate in the implementation of the city's cultural actions:
- Administrative management of receptions related to the service and vernissages: invitations, protocol, updating contact files
- Coordination and management of projects related to the exhibition hall: planning of exhibitions, support for exhibitors, invitations and vernissages, administrative management, main contact for exhibitors, key handover and condition reports, visits
- Support in setting up cultural actions in the municipality in collaboration with the service manager
- Maintenance of the ticket office during performances
4) Participate in the telephone reception of users within the town hall services
Profile sought:
Ideally, you have a level of Bac +2 in communication, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position. You are autonomous, creative, and proactive. You have the initiative and team spirit. Knowledge:
- Good written and oral expression
- Knowledge of the editorial and graphic chain
- Knowledge of communication plans
- Knowledge of trends and evolutions in public communication
- Knowledge of Wordpress, missions, and the functioning of a territorial community would be a plus
Skills:
- Very good mastery of graphic design software (Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Mastery of social networks: publications and sponsorship concepts
- Website management
- Mastery of office software
- Priority management and respect of schedules
Personal qualities:
- You are autonomous, meticulous, and organized
- You have a welcoming attitude, amiability
- You know how to adapt your speech according to different interlocutors

It is possible to recruit on this position a person who is not a laureate of a public service competition, as one of the indicated grades is an entry-level grade in category C that allows direct recruitment without competition.
Specific conditions of exercise:

First-class principal administrative assistant, Second-class principal administrative assistant, Administrative assistant
Legal basis:
Art. L332-14 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of two years.
