The Orchards is currently seeking a Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Central Supply Clerk to manage the facility’s medical supplies and maintain accurate records. This dual-role position supports both clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities- Order, receive, and inventory medical and office supplies.
- Distribute supplies to appropriate departments and ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain accurate records of supply usage and inventory levels.
- Work with vendors to manage orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure supply storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in supply inventory preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with computers, filing systems, and basic inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move supply boxes (up to 40 lbs).
