Administrative Support Executive
Under general supervision and with independent judgment, executes administrative policies; provides a wide variety of administrative staff services and administrative support to one or more company executives by performing some or all of the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinates manager and department calendars; schedules meetings and appointments.
- Arranges travel plans and itineraries.
- Arranges meetings, programs, events, or conferences and monitors event budget.
- Composes and distributes documents, including correspondence, memos, reports, meeting summaries, procedures, agreements, agendas, etc.
- Maintains electronic and manual file systems
- May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
- Provides project support by conducting basic research and updating project reports.
- Coordinates activities relating to department accounting and budget including processing invoices, consolidating budgets, reporting variances, etc.
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position works onsite in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
