Patient Coordinator – Full-time

Salary: $18–$19 per hour

Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics, directly impacting patient experience. They collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world‑class customer service.

• Greet and check‑in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization
• Collect payments
• Process new patient paperwork
• Assist the clinic in maintaining optimal performance

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent time‑management and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
