Position Summary:The Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure efficient daily operations of the agency’s Administrative Office. This position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, staff and community partners by providing exceptional customer service. The Administrative Specialist performs a variety of administrative functions, including answering phones, processing mail, performing daily data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information to support the agency’s overall operations.

- Friday, 8:00a-3.:30p, 35 hours per week
High School Diploma/GED: $15.61/hr AA: 17.84/hr BA or Higher: $19.12/hr
Education Requirement:High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree preferred with two years’ related experience.
- Previous experience providing administrative office support
- Previous data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
All candidates must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and their own reliable transportation, complete a physical examination, comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen including a negative result for Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (including Marijuana/THC), Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP). Marijuana is not legal at the federal level and is prohibited in the workplace or in one's system, even if legally prescribed.
