SummaryPerforms assigned tasks as a member of a Support team, with warranty business process to achieve business objectives by following process definition, reporting, and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Supports Warranty Business Process and Various Administration Processes including claim processing
- Implements processes in support of warranty administration needs, utilizing data entry, date reports and administration tools.
- Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
- Provides internal and external customers with the highest quality of services and communication.
- Understands and applies appropriate process continuous improvement.
- AA degree in Business Administration with coursework in Business or Quality related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in computer skills including use of the Internet.
- Ability to quickly learn and work in various computer system applications.
- Professional communication for customer collaboration. Will be emailing customers to obtain information.
