Imlay City Medical is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team in Imlay City, MI. Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel

Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Schedule patient appointments

Verify patient insurance information

Perform general clerical support tasks

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

EPIC EMR experience preferred

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
