Location: Lake Orion
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Village of Lake Orion is seeking qualified applicants for the Part-time position of Administrative Assistant. The position works 20 hours per week under the supervision of the Clerk/Treasurer. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, can take on new challenges, and has a strong desire to learn various duties within the office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Responsibilities- Utility billing
- Cemetery lot sales
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Processing payments, cash receipting and deposits
- Generating reports using the Villages financial software
- Provides front counter assistance to the public and offers administrative support to multiple departments
The hourly pay range for this position is $21.65 to $25.98, based on qualifications and experience.
