Educational Aide - Elms

Provides clerical and administrative support in a school office setting, assisting staff, teachers, and students. Responsibilities include answering phones, organizing documents, preparing materials, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient office environment. Supports daily operations while fostering a welcoming and organized space for learning.

Position: Educational Aide at Elms Road Elementary

Time: 5.75 work hours daily, includes ½ hour unpaid lunch

• Office experience
• Possess basic computer skills, including Google Suite and other programs
• Proficient in creating and updating various reports & spreadsheets
• Exceptional communication skills
• Cafeteria supervision
• Playground supervision
• Assist & coordinate
• Other duties as assigned
• Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance is required
