As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flush coolant systems, and perform other routine maintenance. The fast‑paced setting requires consistent turn‑around times, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

• No experience necessary.
• Ability to maintain strong, trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
• Will receive additional training and coaching from Serra employees.
• Effective communication skills.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets company insurance standards.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Physical demands: prolonged standing and bending, ability to lift up to 50 pounds sonable accommodations may be made.
