About the RolePauli Ford is looking for a motivated Mid-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing dealership team. This position is ideal for an ambitious technician with 2-5 years of experience who wants to expand their skill set with a dedicated OEM team, earn competitive pay, and receive paid factory training.

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, drivability, and HVAC systems on Ford and mixed‑make vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance including brake service, fluid flushes, suspension, and multi‑point inspections.
- Utilize Ford integrated diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to accurately troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
- Document work clearly on repair orders and communicate transparently with Service Advisors regarding additional needed repairs.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work station while meeting production goals.
- 2-5 years of automotive repair experience in a shop or dealership setting.
- ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent Ford STST certifications).
- Strong mechanical aptitudes and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.
- Must bring your own basic tool set (specialty tools provided).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
