    About the Role

    Pauli Ford is looking for a motivated Mid-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing dealership team. This position is ideal for an ambitious technician with 2-5 years of experience who wants to expand their skill set with a dedicated OEM team, earn competitive pay, and receive paid factory training.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, drivability, and HVAC systems on Ford and mixed‑make vehicles.
    • Perform routine maintenance including brake service, fluid flushes, suspension, and multi‑point inspections.
    • Utilize Ford integrated diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to accurately troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
    • Document work clearly on repair orders and communicate transparently with Service Advisors regarding additional needed repairs.
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work station while meeting production goals.
    Qualifications
    • 2-5 years of automotive repair experience in a shop or dealership setting.
    • ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent Ford STST certifications).
    • Strong mechanical aptitudes and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.
    • Must bring your own basic tool set (specialty tools provided).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
