Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 annually, depending on technician level and experience

Integrity Import Service is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians in Grawn, MI, from B-Level through Senior Master.
- Senior Master: Up to $150,000 annual earning potential
- Master Technician: $104,000–$145,000 annual earning potential
- A-Level: $83,000–$125,000 annual earning potential
- B-Level: $72,000–$114,000 annual earning potential

Key Responsibilities Senior Master Technician- Solve advanced diagnostic problems beyond standard guided procedures
- Research unfamiliar systems and develop diagnostic strategies
- Route work based on team strengths
- Mentor apprentices and provide technical leadership
- Diagnose across mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle systems
- Diagnose complex vehicle concerns from start to finish
- Build independent test plans and isolate root causes
- Interpret live data and perform network/bus diagnostics
- Use wiring diagrams, manufacturer OE tools, Mitchell 1, and Tekmetric
- Inspect vehicles and provide accurate technical findings and repair recommendations
- Complete most repairs with minimal supervision
- Diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform brakes, steering, suspension, timing, and maintenance work
- Use scan tools, wiring diagrams, Mitchell 1, Tekmetric, and service information
- Maintain efficient, accurate workmanship
- 10+ years of professional automotive experience
- Advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities
- Michigan State Mechanic License required
- ASE Master A1–A8 and L1 certifications required
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models
- Ability to work independently from diagnosis through repair
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities
- Michigan State Mechanic License required
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models
- ASE Master A1–A8 certifications preferred
- Testing and continuing education required
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Automotive diagnostic ability
- General repair, brakes, steering, suspension, timing, and maintenance experience
