Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Charlevoix, MI, offering $20–$26/hour based on experience. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy automotive repair workflow. The Service Advisor serves as the connection between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs
- Document customer concerns and repair needs accurately
- Provide estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
- Communicate inspection and repair information between customers and technicians
- Coordinate parts ordering and repair timelines
- Manage repair orders through vehicle delivery
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with customers and technicians
- Automotive technician experience is a strong plus
- $20–$26/hour based on experience
