Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and executes complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects, delivering significant improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Mentors and coaches Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Utilizes advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Develops and implements sustainable process control plans to maintain improvements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice sharing across manufacturing sites.
• Provides training and guidance on Six Sigma principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from a recognized organization.
• Proven track record of leading and completing at least 5 complex Black Belt projects with demonstrable financial impact.
• Expert proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical methods.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management, change management, and communication skills to effectively mentor Green Belts and influence stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Certification or demonstrated experience with Lean principles and tools beyond Six Sigma (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) or strong demonstrated project leadership skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
