Shipping and Receiving Manager

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Shipping Manager leading scheduling, logistics, and customer coordination for high-volume production (1M+ parts/week). This is a leadership-focused role driving on-time delivery, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a small team (4–7) across multiple shipping areas
• Own scheduling, planning, and shipment execution
• Act as the primary contact for customers on delivery and escalations
• Partner with production to ensure on-time, accurate shipments
• Improve shipping processes and routing as operations scale
• Utilize ERP/logistics systems (PLEX or similar preferred)

• High-volume manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
• Prior leadership of small teams
• Strong communicator—customer and internal facing
• Experience improving shipping/logistics processes
• Familiarity with ERP/logistics tracking systems

• Salary: $25 - $33 per hour
• Competitive hourly pay + consistent OT (45+ hrs/week)
