Service Garage Operations Coordinator
Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber‑based cat litter. Each of our products has unique features and benefits but are all linked with a wonderful recycled, renewable, sustainable, and carbon neutral story. We turn recycled saw dust into value‑add, branded consumer products.
Job Type: Full Time
Shift
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
Salary: $21–$25 per hour
- Answer phones and assist walk‑in customers.
- Sign for deliveries and return items to the shop.
- Submit and organize shop paperwork (repair reports, invoices, mail, work orders, etc.).
- Support finance department on month‑end and year‑end procedures including physical inventory and AP invoice management.
- Provide backup coverage when needed.
- Post Geo Tab truck repair reports to Service Shop.
- Track trailer service due reports.
- Code invoices, communicate to AP department, and scan picking slips to corporate share folder.
- Receive non‑stock supplies, stock parts inventory, and packaging material.
- Perform month‑end cash‑out and reports; review AR reports and contact clients if needed; create statements in Service Shop and mail or email them.
- Support Service Manager and safety program; update daily reports; handle postal mail and package distribution; review breakroom and office supplies and update Excel or request items.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High school degree required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage through others.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred.
- Physical ability to bend/lift up to 40 pounds.
