Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to gather relevant information.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet service targets and minimize waste.
• Present forecast performance and insights to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and production teams.
