We are looking for university students or recent graduates seeking real work experience, professional internships, or an internship located in our Depot in Bilbao.
As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will represent our brand in person, offering our guests top-notch customer service as they start and end unforgettable road trips. Do you like challenges, meeting new people, and dynamic environments? Then this position could be your next step!
What You Will Work On
- Front-office activities:
Customer service and sales: manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan features, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
- Back-office activities:
Operational management: align reservations with available campervans, check and prepare campers and road trip extras/kits. - Quality control: keep campervans in optimal condition, identify and act on potential maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: support the team in tracking existing stock, coordinating the campervan fleet, and resolving operational incidents.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field and are looking for an internship;
- You speak English fluently, have a work permit, and a valid driver’s license (mandatory);
- You enjoy international environments and getting to know new cultures;
- You have a natural talent for connecting with people and a strong service orientation;
- You have a problem-solving mindset, like creating solutions, and feel comfortable getting your hands dirty when necessary.
