We are recruiting a technical alternant for a duration of 12 months, based in Beaucouzé, to be available from September 2026.

General Mission of the Role

Within the technical/marketing team for pork and poultry, composed of 4 veterinarians and 2 product managers, you will participate in the valorization and exploitation of technical data from trials, analyses, and audits, in order to contribute to the development of tools and high-value added supports for internal teams and the sales force.

You will work in a wide field of application, in close link with the team members, as well as with the digital service, in a logic of continuous improvement, automation, and structuring of technical knowledge.

Main Activities

Within the headquarters of our company, you will join the Marketing and Technical Direction for pork and poultry under the supervision of Anne-Laure Ledoux and within the marketing and technical team.

As a technical alternant, you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the digital team. Your main activities will be:

  • Exploitation and valorization of technical data
    • Exploit results of audits in poultry.
    • Structure available data to facilitate internal reading and use (results of varied analyses)
    • Contribute to the production of synthesis supports and reference documents.
  • Creation of technical supports and tools
    • Write technical documents and references for internal teams in the context of audits
    • Design sales aid tools for the commercial force.
    • Participate in the update of supports related to the launches of new products in poultry.
    • Capitalize technical information in a clear, exploitable, and reusable form.
  • Collaboration with technical, marketing, and digital teams
    • Work in interaction with veterinarians, product managers, and other internal interlocutors.
    • Participate in exchanges with the digital service to identify automation opportunities.
    • Contribute to the formalization of needs to simplify, stabilize, or accelerate certain tasks.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects according to team priorities and identified opportunities with the candidate.
  • Contribution to scientific valorization projects
    • Structure available information for future publications or studies.
    • Participate in the preparation of technical contents for internal or external purposes.
    • Help to the coherence of data and their exploitation in a logic of scientific or marketing diffusion.

    Required Profile

    Student in an agri/agro engineering school, with a marked interest for:

    • animal production, in particular pork and poultry,
    • analysis and exploitation of technical data,
    • writing technical contents,
    • work in a multidisciplinary team,
    • innovation and digital tools.

    Required skills:

    • Good capacity of analysis and synthesis.
    • Writing skills.
    • Rigor and sense of organization.
    • Initiative spirit and curiosity.
    • Interest for data, digital tools, and automation.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in project mode.
    • Mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Previous knowledge of the pork/poultry sector is a plus.
