We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our high-volume McDonald's locations. As a GM, you own the day-to-day operation of the restaurant — driving sales, developing your team, and delivering a great customer experience. You'll be responsible for building a culture where people want to work and customers want to return. We are a small franchise, and you will be working directly with the owner/operator to insure you are getting properly trained.
This offer also includes a $10,000 year end bonus if you achieve the cash flow goal for the store, in addition to the salary offered.
